FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview

We are seeking a jack of all trade’s person for this position. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in a similar or related industry, must be willing to be trained, and has a positive attitude towards any task required to be performed. Duties include:

• Perform handyman jobs such as repairs or maintenance on residential and commercial properties, ensuring all tasks are completed within standards. This includes drywall, flooring, painting, sidings, tiling, and others.

• Assemble furniture and install appliances.

• Ability to perform yard maintenance tasks like gardening, sweeping, weeding, and others.

• Run errands including cleaning, dump runs, grocery shopping, house sitting, washing, and others.

Other qualifications:

• Basic carpentry skills and ability to use power tools an advantage.

• Committed to provide exceptional customer service, addresses client concerns and ensures satisfaction with completed work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow and adhere to safe work practices a must.

• Must have driver’s license or willing to obtain a driver’s license
